The Fender Custom Shop Limited '69 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic in Fire Mist Silver is a masterfully crafted guitar that pays tribute to the iconic late-'60s Strat design. It exudes vintage vibes while incorporating modern playability and features. The body is made of select alder, offering a lightweight and resonant tone, finished in a stunning Fire Mist Silver lacquer that showcases the intricate aging details of the Journeyman Relic treatment.
The maple neck has a comfortable 1969 "U" profile, offering a smooth playing experience, and is topped with a round-laminated rosewood fingerboard. The 9.5" radius and 21 narrow tall frets provide easy bending and accurate intonation. The guitar is loaded with hand-wound M.D. Bone Tone pickups. A 5-way switch allows for versatile tonal options, making it perfect for everything from glassy cleans to overdriven blues.
