Do you offer instrument set up and repair?
Yes! Our in-house luthiers can handle everything from simple setups to more complex repairs and restorations. You can learn more about see examples on our repairs page. Feel free to contact us to schedule a setup or inquire about a restoration project.
Do you offer financing options for instrument purchases?
Yes, we offer financing so that you can purchase high quality gear for a low monthly price. An example rate is available on each product page but actual rates will vary depending on credit approval with Affirm.
Can I trade in my old instrument for store credit towards a new purchase?
Absolutely! We accept trade-ins on a case-by-case basis and pay out very competitively. You must bring in your trade to our showroom for an evaluation. Please note we do not accept long distance trades nor can we give an estimate over the phone or by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Our website should automatically calculate shipment costs to our country. However, please contact us with your address as we may be able to get you an ever better price.
