Once you have decided that you would like to purchase and instrument from us, it is best that you contact us by telephone or by Fax. After we have gone through a very detailed description of the instruments condition, we will be pleased to help you complete the transaction with complete safety. We can accept payment by: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Wire transfers, bank checks, money orders and company checks are also acceptable. Personal checks are also accepted although we must wait for shipment until it clears our bank. If you make it down to our seaside showroom, we can even accept cash.


Once the instrument is on it's way to you, you will have a 48 hour approval period. If there is something you are not pleased with give us a call, we'll arrange for return for a full refund. No problem, we know you have to pick it up and play the instrument and make sure it's the one you want. The only thing you would be responsible for would be the shipping charges.


Speaking of shipping, we use some of the biggest and the best in the business. Throughout the United States, UPS, Federal Express, DHL and Roadway seem to be reliable. Overseas, Federal Express, Burlington and Nippon Express have proven to be very reliable and will act as customs brokers. International service is one of our specialties. We always ship fully insured


CITES approvals for the export of instruments overseas which are made from presently controlled materials such as Brazilian Rosewood and Ivory are available. Expedited service is available.
