Ross Teigen has done it again. He has come
up with another of his signature guitar designs. For years he has been delighting a select few
with his innovative instruments, but his latest acoustic design is really quite
remarkable. The Standard Model is hardly
standard. There are 2 versions of his
Standard model at this point. The full
size Standard and the Ύ size Requinto model. Both feature Rosss unique asymetrical body shape with the pointed lower bout. The dual soundholes are located on both the
upper treble cutaway bout and on the top of the bass side. The guitar seems to breathe the sound and
music in and out of the sound chamber.
Both have rosewood back and sides, select spruce tops and ebony
fingerboards. Amazing guitars. OSC
$2,600 for the Requinto $3,200 for
the Acoustic / Electric full size Model 1.
