DIRECTIONS
Englewood, is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida, about 30 miles south of Sarasota. The community is situated on the Cape Haze peninsula just north of Charlotte Harbor and world renowned Tarpon Fishing in the spring of the year out of Boca Grande. We are 90 miles south of Tampa Bay and 60 miles north of Ft. Myers. If you are visiting the Mouse, Orlando is about 2 1/2 hours away.
If you are cruising Interstate 75 north or south, take exit 191, River Road and
follow it into Englewood. At the first light, turn left on Pine Street. Go to
the next intersection with a light, and turn right on Hwy. 776, Indiana Avenue.
Go tot the next intersection with a light, this will be Beach Road which is on
your left heading west out to Manasota Key. You will cross the Intracoastal waterway at the drawbridge and
then after a second smaller bridge will come out onto Manasota Key.
Our office is the 1st building on the left as you come on the island. The address is 1927 Beach Road. Manasota Key Realty, Inc. is located in the same building. Ask for Dave Lipstein. It would be a good idea to call and let us know you are coming to visit. We have other business concerns here in town and sometimes we will have conflicting demands on our time. If we arrange an appointment we can spend uninterrupted time viewing and playing instruments at our unique waterfront showroom.
